Because we produce our bedding ethically and in small batches, please review the details below regarding order timelines and shipping.

Production + Processing Time

Toe Cozy is currently in our production phase. This means that once our final samples are approved and production is completed, your order will be packed and shipped.

Estimated Ship Window:
Orders placed during our pre-sale will ship as soon as we receive the product.
We will send email updates throughout the process so you always know where things stand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed.
We do not add any markup — you pay the direct carrier rate.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and the U.S.
If you’re outside these regions and would love a Toe Cozy set, send us a note — we’re exploring expanded shipping options for the future.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it right to your door.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

We are committed to quality. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@toecozy.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to refund or replace items after delivery is confirmed, but we will support you in filing delivery claims if needed.
