Pre-Sale Orders

All Toe Cozy™ bedding is currently available through pre-sale, as we finalize production. Your order reserves your product in our first manufacturing run. Because your item is being made specifically for this release, pre-sale purchases are considered final sale.

That said — we deeply care about your experience. If you have any concerns after receiving your order, please reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To start an exchange, contact us at hello@toecozy.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Once we receive and inspect your items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bedding arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll happily replace it at no cost to you.
